Click here to access the Landlord Law firm Soft Cost Analysis Worksheet - an Excel spreadsheet designed to help you identify the time and money you can save by converting your existing monthly rent collection practices to a LM360° Rent Collection System. 

Once opened, follow the steps below to realize your potential savings! 

  1. Place an X in the Task column of each Conventional System process you are currently completing each month. 

  2. Next, enter the total Time (Hrs) spent monthly on each task identified. 

  3. Where there is a corresponding LM360 System task, enter the same Time (Hrs) identified in step 2.

  4. Lastly, enter the dollar amount paid to the staff member responsible for completing the identified tasks in the Value of Staff Hour field at the bottom of the page (calculate an average if completed by multiple individuals). 

The worksheet will then calculate the time and money that can be saved!  NOTE: A sample worksheet has provided on the second tab of the worksheet as an example of how it all works.
